Late Fee Policy
Freshlee Cleaning Co. values prompt payment from our clients to ensure the smooth operation of our services. To maintain transparency, we kindly request that all payments be made within 1 calendar day of the specified due date. In the event that payment is not received within this timeframe, a late fee of $10 will be charged to the client for each day that payment is delayed. For instance, if a client owes $1000 that is due on April 1 and fails to pay by April 2nd, their outstanding balance on April 3rd would be $1010. This late fee will continue to increment by $10 per day until the payment is received. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment terms, as it allows us to continue providing our exceptional cleaning services to keep your environment FreshLee maintained.
